About Carrie
I have been in real estate since 2014, and if there is one thing I've learned over the years, it's that buying or selling a home is almost never just about the house. There is a story behind every move. Sometimes it's exciting, sometimes it's complicated, and sometimes it's a little bit of both. Understanding that story and what my clients are really trying to accomplish is where my job begins.
I genuinely love what I do, but probably not for the reasons people would expect. I love helping my clients understand the process and what matters along the way. I love taking something that feels complicated and making it make sense. I love preparing a home for the market and thinking through all of the little details that can change the way a buyer sees it. I love digging into the numbers, studying the competition, working through a contract, and figuring out the best way to get my clients from where they are to where they want to be.
I was first licensed in Washington State in 2014 and have been serving Indiana since 2022. That experience has taught me a lot about real estate, contracts, markets, negotiations, and homes, but some of the most important things I've learned have been about people. Communication matters. Preparation matters. Details matter. Trust matters. And how someone is treated during the process matters long after the closing papers are signed.
That's the kind of business I want Wysong Realty to be known for. I want my clients to know that when they work with me, I'm in it with them. I'll make sure you understand what's happening and why it matters, advocate for you, pay attention to the details, tell you the truth, celebrate the wins, work through the hard parts, and probably make you laugh somewhere in between.
